After-Sales Service screens.
Service tickets
One record for faults, installation, remote support, maintenance and training. With opened, assigned, in progress, on hold, resolved and closed steps; with priority, owner and followers.
Target resolution time
The target time is calculated from the service type or from the customer's contract; overdue tickets are flagged in the list.
Warranty and coverage
Each ticket is marked as warranty, contract or chargeable. The warranty end date is suggested from the product's warranty period and its sale date.
Materials and labour
Record the materials and labour used on the ticket. Lines covered by warranty or contract come up free of charge.
Stock issue, quote and invoice
Create a draft stock issue, sales quote and sales invoice from the service ticket; you never enter the same information twice.
Maintenance contracts
Term, covered products, whether labour and materials are included, target times and the maintenance interval. When a ticket is opened, the customer's valid contract is found automatically.
Customer service link
You give a contact at your customer a personal link; with no password needed, they open service requests and follow their status. You can set an expiry date for the link and cancel it whenever you wish.
Customer portal
A customer user signed in to the portal sees their company's service tickets and opens new requests.
Service types and service form
Define your own service types, such as fault, installation and maintenance, with their target times; print the service form.
