1. Purpose and Scope

İmacyu Teknoloji San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“İmacyu”) attaches importance to the privacy of its website visitors.

This policy describes the use of cookies on the website www.imacyu.com, the browser local storage practices and the third-party Google Maps and Cloudflare Turnstile services.

2. What Is a Cookie?

Cookies are small data files that may be saved on devices by means of the browser when websites are visited.

Cookies may be used for session management, remembering preferences, security and similar functions.

3. Use of Cookies on the İmacyu Website

İmacyu's corporate website, in its technical structure as at the date on which this policy was prepared, does not use cookies created by the site.

There is no practice on the site involving the use of cookies for advertising or for tracking visitor behaviour.

Nevertheless, the Google Maps service, which is loaded on the Contact page at the visitor's request, may use cookies or similar technologies through its own infrastructure.

Likewise, the Cloudflare Turnstile verification service used in the form on the “Request a demo” page may use cookies or similar technologies through its own infrastructure.

4. Browser Local Storage (localStorage)

The İmacyu website uses the browser's local storage area to remember the Google Maps loading preference on the Contact page.

The following entry is kept for this purpose:

This entry is not an HTTP cookie and is not automatically sent by the browser to İmacyu's servers.

5. Google Maps Service

The Google Maps service is offered on the Contact page of the İmacyu website so that the company's location can be displayed on a map.

The map is displayed using Google's embedded iframe technology.

Google Maps content is not loaded unless the visitor grants permission.

When the visitor uses the “Load map” option, the browser establishes a connection to Google's servers.

During this connection, the IP address, browser and device information, connection information and other technical data may be transmitted to Google.

Google may use cookies or similar technologies within the scope of its own service. The operation of the third-party technologies within the embedded map is determined by Google.

6. Remembering the Google Maps Permission

When the visitor permits the map to be loaded, this preference is stored in the browser's local storage area.

In this way, on the visitor's subsequent visits the map may be loaded in line with the previously saved preference.

The visitor may change this preference by using the “Close map / withdraw consent” link on the Contact page.

When the permission is withdrawn, the embedded map is removed and the local preference entry stored by İmacyu is deleted.

Closing the map does not mean that information previously transferred to Google, or cookies that may have been placed by Google, are deleted retroactively.

7. Directions Link

The “Get directions” link on the Contact page enables the visitor to be redirected, at the visitor's own request, to the Google Maps website.

Use of this link means that the visitor is moving to the third-party Google service.

Data processing activities in Google services are assessed within the scope of the relevant service's own privacy arrangements.

8. Fonts and External Resources

The font files used on the İmacyu corporate website are served from the website's own infrastructure.

No direct connection is established to Google Fonts servers for the purpose of loading fonts.

Cloudflare Turnstile

The trial account form on the “Request a demo” page uses the Cloudflare Turnstile verification service in order to prevent automated and malicious applications.

This service is loaded only on that page. When the page is opened, the browser establishes a connection to Cloudflare servers; during this connection, the IP address, browser and device information, connection information and other technical data may be transmitted to Cloudflare.

Cloudflare may use cookies or similar technologies within the scope of its own service in order to carry out the verification. The operation of these technologies is determined by Cloudflare.

İmacyu does not use this service for advertising or for tracking visitor behaviour.

9. Managing Preferences

Visitors may manage their Google Maps loading preferences via the Contact page.

They may also remove the local storage entries by deleting the relevant site data from the browser settings.

The visitor's not granting permission does not prevent access to the other basic information on the contact page.

10. Protection of Personal Data

The personal data processing activities associated with the Google Maps and Cloudflare Turnstile services and any possible transfers of data abroad are assessed separately under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

Detailed information on the data processing activities carried out by Google is available at the following address:

12. Updates

İmacyu may update this policy in the event of a change in the technical structure of the website or in the third-party services used.
